Now three months postpartum with a 3-month-old baby boy, I’m finally getting the hang of things! I’ve gotten into a solid wake-and-sleep cycle with a new 6am wake-up time (as opposed to 10 or 11am), I’m lifting weights and running, and I’m able to fix myself healthy meals on my own again! I guess that’s what I like to call “EatMoveRest Your Best,” hah! When in doubt, do your best and forget the rest!
