Hello Lovely Humans!
So today I’m sharing a ‘What I Eat in a Day’ from a few weeks ago, since Rowan is now 7 weeks! (Better late then never, right?!) 😄 At 3 weeks I’d lost 25 lbs since giving birth, and you can see some comparison photos in the thumbnail.
Its been nearly 2 months now since I had Row, & I have plateaued a little and haven’t been losing weight much recently. But I have definitely noticed myself leaning out, as I retained water pretty bad and it made me quite swollen, (especially in the face.😭🐷)
I’ve been taking walks almost everyday since it’s warming up here, and I’m trying to slowly incorporate more workouts into my routine and I’m excited to feel those muscles again!😃💪🏼
