Breastfeeding requires calorie-rich and nutrient dense foods to ensure good breast milk supply. In this video, I’ll show you what I eat throughout the day starting with breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner and finishing up with vegan supplements that I currently take.

At the time of this filming, I have been breastfeeding for 6 months and maintained a vegan diet throughout pregnancy. My daughter is just now accepting solids foods but breastmilk is still her primary source of nutrition until the age of one.
