Hi guys! This little video is all about what I eat in a day as a breastfeeding mum. I try to be as healthy as possible whilst still living a balanced life. Mental health and happiness are vital when caring for your kids so make sure to look after yourself emotional not just physically. I have a baby girl who is 8 months old, we are well established into baby led weaning. She still enjoys mummy’s milk!
