#BREASTFEEDING #MEDITATION #MOMHACKS #MUMMYROUTINE
Hi guys,
Thank you for watching. This is a very spontaneous video and not my usual set up. I wanted to reflect a little bit of my real life as a mum and discuss some of the ways that I like to incorporate meditation, relaxation and self-care into my life as a mommy/ mummy.
I sometimes feel so overwhelmed by everything that I have to do in my life but when I have moments like this it reminds me to be present and to sit with my baby as he breastfeeds and as he sleeps so that I too can breathe and rest, fill up my own cup and even meditate, or to watch an old movie on Netflix and let myself be free of obligations for an hour or so.
Breastfeeding meditation is something I did with my son a lot when he was very little and I found it was a way in which I was able to incorporate some self-care and mindfulness into my mummy routine – which any mum will understand was basically a 24 hour gig.
In this video, I ramble a bit about this stuff and how to be present mostly because your babies will only be this little for a short amount of time.
