When I think I’m getting mastitis I take:

1 tablespoon of lecithin granules twice a day in cereal or smoothies
2 garlic capsules a day
Vitamin c 1000mg x 3 times a day
Zinc 15mg 1 x day

Do ensure you check with your health practitioner before starting any new supplements especially when you are breastfeeding.

Mastitis can be very dangerous. If you think you have an infection go to your doctor straight away.
