breastfeeding basics for first time moms- Breastfeeding may or may not be as easy as others claims to be. From my experience, more often than not, it’s really challenging and unfortunately we don’t always have the support from people around us.
I had to work really hard to make breastfeeding work with my first child. For the first 6 weeks of her life, I dreaded nursing her but then we got her lip tie revised and it made all the difference.
I also want to point out the that in the video, I made the stretching of the skin when the milk comes in is absolutely awful. While it’s uncomfortable, it’s not unbearable. It’s mostly just itchy and annoying 🙂
