August is #NationaBreastfeedingAwareness month! Although babies are born with a sucking instinct, some are born with a tongue-tie which restricts the tongue’s range of motion. Symptoms of a tongue-tie can affect both the mom and the baby. We are using the LightScalpel CO2 Laser system for our newborn and pediatric patients with tongue-tie or lip-tie.
