As promised here’s my second week of Keto update. This week i struggled with just eating. I found myself not having an appetite so it was pretty difficult trying to consume my fats and calories for the day. I think my body is adjusting to fasting.
I did have a cheat meal of pizza but I didn’t gain any extra weight which was awesome! For my second week I lost 1/2 pounds. The number on the scale bounced around but I’m really starting to lose inches. My clothes are starting to fit different and my face is starting to slim up.
I’m happy with my week 2, but I’m ready to refocus for week 3. My goal is to try and get my fats in so I can move lower on the scale.
