@thefairlylocalvegan peanut butter cookies:
Combine wet ingredients, then add in dry!
1 cup peanut butter (I use earth balance coconut peanut butter )
1 cup brown or white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup baking flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup cashew milk
Roll batter into balls, place on baking sheet with parchment paper on top, pat down balls with a fork to make crisscross lines. Preheat oven at 350F and bake till golden on edges (8-10 minutes) I hope you love them!
