Traffic cops’ shocking apathy caught on cam; tow car with woman breastfeeding her kid

One facebook user Rakhi shared a shocking video on 10th of November which shows that how the vehicle has been towed by Mumbai traffic police somewhere in Malad SV road. In the vehicle, you can see there is a women sitting inside the car and feeding her child. The video has gone viral on social media. There is lot of criticism for traffic cops. As of now, no words from Mumbai Traffic Police.
