What I Eat In A Day Breastfeeding A Newborn! Today I’m sharing what I ate in a day yesterday for ‘What I Ate Wednesday’. Believe it or not this all fit within my postpartum weight loss plan too of ~2000 calories and under 100 grams of carbohydrates minus grams of fiber.
