Hello Everyone!I just wanted to share this healthy snack as you can put your own ingredients as per your taste buds and stay energetic and healthy.
Ingredients Proportion:
Jaggery -2lb
peanuts – 3 rice cups
almonds – 2.5 rice cups
walnuts – 2.5 rice cups
dates – 2 rice cups
Pumpkin seeds -2 rice cups
Ilachi – as required
The ingredients proportion is not standard and you can increase or reduce the quantity of any item as per your taste buds and cravings.
I crave for chocolate or coco related stuff and dry roasted dates with perfect pakam gives the taste and elasticity when you chew the barfi.
