BREASTFEEDING SUPPLIMENTS

Hi everyone! Here are a few suppliments I did take while nursing lennon. I used to take Fenugreek as well but I threw out alot of other bottles since I dont breastfeed anymore. Most products you can find at your local sprouts or even whole foods! What suppliments are you taking or did take!
