Follow me this Sunday afternoon as I share what I eat in a typical day. I am a mom of 3, I am vegan, I workout, and I am breastfeeding. It’s important for me to fuel my body for success. I ate some vegan green monster pancakes, enjoyed a beyond meat burger for lunch, followed by a green smoothie. We has a vegan quinoa bowl for dinner and ended the day with a trader joe’s vegan mochi ball.
