what a vegan breastfeeding mom eats in a day. whos also losing weight!
when i was pregnant with my second child marshal i gained over 60 lbs. since switching back, yes back to a vegan plant based lifestyle i have lost 24 lbs. as of today!
i do not exercise regular (like i should)

follow me on my weight loss journey & our vegan family getting back on track!

my 4 year old marley has autism, epilepsy & 2q37 gene deletion syndrome so it gets pretty crazy around our house!
