A breastfed baby needs 1-1.5 ounces of breastmilk per hour, and your body should have no issues keeping up with this demand. However, without using paced bottle feeding… your baby will quickly begin overeating and cause you to have a hard time keeping your supply up to demand. Paced bottle feeding is vital to breastfeeding/pumping success.
