Todays video is what I eat in a day postpartum and breastfeeding while trying to gain muscle! I am loosely counting macros and trying to gain some of the muscle back that I lost during pregnancy and the first couple months postpartum. I would like to think I eat pretty “healthy” 70% of the time.. and the other 30% is food I enjoy! I would go crazy if I never ate foods that I enjoy I am a foodie!

Recipes: I try to aim for around 300g carbs, 100g protein, and 50-55g of fat a day.. I don’t measure everything but since I have been doing macro counting for a while I try to intuitively eat!

Snack: Acai Bowl Directions:
Acai packed- run under hot hot water for 5 seconds. Add Acai packet, half of a banana, two spoonful’s of yogurt & blend in a food processor. Pour into bowl and top with whatever toppings you like. I usually do the other half of banana, 1-2 strawberries, and handful of blueberries. The top with granola, and unsweetened coconut flakes! SO GOOD! This would be a high carb meal! I didn’t track it.
