Breastfeeding 101: My journey

In my series Breastfeeding 101 My journey, I talk about what I went through on my breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding was not easy for me but came naturally to my babies. I want to encourage moms that they can make it through their breastfeeding journey no matter how tough it is. The number 1 key is having support, whether that’s a lactation nurse, spouse, other nursing moms, or me. You need support to keep going and I hope by seeing this video moms will get that.
