Welcome back! If you’re new my name is Kathleen Hart. My first son was born on March 12, 2018 🙂 This video is about what I eat in a day to lose weight while EBP (exclusively breast pumping) while keeping up my supply and also losing weight.
Breakfast- Oikos drinkable yogurt (strawberry is definitely the best in my opinion)
Lunch- Salad topped with a veggie burger
Snack- Apple with Smuckers all natural creamy peanut butter
Dinner- Grilled BBQ chicken, lemon and garlic grilled asparagus, and a baked sweet potato
Water- 100-120 ounces per day
To make the best sweet potatoes everrrrr-
Clean the potato with water and dry thoroughly.
Do not pierce or peel!! Do not add oil!!
Put in a 375 degree oven on a baking tray and let cook for 1- 1.5 hours. Until it is soft to the touch
Take out and let sit for about 10 minutes until they are cooled off enough to touch without burning yourself.
Peel off the skin and slice or mash, add butter if you like and salt and pepper.
