“Being a working mom is not a luxury, it’s a necessity… it’s important that companies put in a framework so that moms can breastfeed.” Jo-Ann Strauss endorses the 100% Breastfed campaign which aims to help new mothers and their families understand the benefits of breastfeeding (regardless of their income and social standing), and to create a supportive community that destigmatises the age-old practice of breastfeeding.
The 100% Breastfed campaign videos were created by Digital Medic South Africa, an initiative of the Stanford Centre for Health Education and the Stanford School of Medicine.
