Breastfeeding is truly one of the most beneficial things a mother can do for the physical and mental health of their child. It is not to be underrated. I’ve heard horror stories of women being berated by strangers while trying to feed their babies. It’s not right. We’ve really got to work to change the way we view this completely human and natural process. Nobody looks at you funny when you’re drinking a milkshake… and if anything is unnatural it’s the fact that we steal milk from other animals and continue to drink it for the rest of our lives. Think about it… it’s weird.
