The end of our breastfeeding journey…it’s harder than I thought!

After breastfeeding Eliza for 12.5 months, we’ve decided to quit breastfeeding cold turkey and it’s been a struggle and pretty painful. I’m trying ibuprofen, peppermint, cabbage leaves and cold compresses. Any other tips from moms out there that have been there, done that? I’ll take all the suggestions and/or encouragement I can get!
