FIRST POSTPARTUM PERIOD | Menstrual Cycle is Back ?! | BREASTFEEDING MOM

8 weeks postpartum and it seems like mother nature deemed it necessary to bestow upon me the gift of bleeding once again.

I am breastfeeding on demand my two children and am actually exclusively breastfeeding my 2 month old son right now. Not quite sure how and why my period has returned, but none the less, here we are.

My menstrual cycle tends to send my mental state into crisis mode, which can be quite alarming, especially when I’m not expecting it; like right now.
