Breastfeeding your newborn – uterus Contracting

When you breastfeed your newborn your uterus is going to contract back to normal. This is a very difficult time after you’ve given birth to your child because you have to concentrate on feeding your sweet baby while in great pain. I did not know any of this so I hope this helps people understand what is going to happen after Labor.
