Today’s video is all about how to help your toddler wean from nursing. I practiced extended breastfeeding (nursing past one year of age) with both of my sons. My first born I nursed 22 months and my second son 21 months. I recently weaned him and thought I would share what helped with our weaning process. I hope it helps any mommy or future mommy who’s going through a similar stage. Breastfeeding is one of my greatest accomplishments as a mother and it’s such a bittersweet experience to have it come to an end.
