Breastfeeding…The End 😯😢😫

Hi everyone,

So this episode is a really emotional one for me.
I opened up a lot and spoke very honestly about the fact that breastfeeding Cooper has come to an end, for a number of reasons.
I didn’t think i’d be as emotional as I was, but when I started talking I could feel myself welling up numerous times.
I was happy in parts with the decision as I knew it was the right thing to do, but it still didn’t take away those wave of emotions, which really hit me hard.
It’s all part of your baby growing up but it certainly does feel like the first time they don’t need you as much, and that is a hard thing to deal with as a mum, especially with your first born.

I would really love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this, and how you coped with it?
