Adventures in Breastfeeding: Insufficient glandular tissue

Today I’m talking with a former doula client, Amelia, who is one of a small percentage of women with IGT, or insufficient glandular tissue. This condition means a woman actually does not have enough mammary glands to produce enough milk for her baby. I am talking to her about how she made this discovery, and how she breastfed through it.
