This is the third week of my own fitness challenge and I was kinda expecting not having lost so much weight (like on my first week), but I gotta admit I was kinda sad when I saw how much I lost.
Anyways.. on the video I talk about how this week was and why I think I didn’t lose much and what I intend to work on for next week.
And, of course, shared the pictures from this week with you all at the end of the video! 🙈 I feel so embarred still! But I guess it’s all part of the process isn’t it?!
I’m SO excited about this challenge guys! It means so much to me! I really hope I can make it!
