Hi everyone! It’s Emma from Blessed MomEze! In today’s video, I talk all about Foods for the Breastfeeding Mom. Foods to FOLLOW. Foods to FLEE. While I do share some general guidelines, the key is to notice how YOUR baby reacts to different things and cut back if you think he/she is being affected. So basically all foods are “safe” until they’re not! Watch your baby for signs of intolerance – fussiness, acid reflux, diaper rash, gassiness, change in bowels, etc. What may be problematic for one baby, may not actually be an issue for another. Just use your common sense…If it’s not good for you, it’s not going to be good for your baby either. And if it’s health-giving to you, it’s going to be great for your little one too.
