First time breastfeeding in public/ IUD sticking out!!!?

Hey guys so we finally got a car where we all 5 fit! And omg my IUD was sticking out!! Had to go to the doctors to get it fixed. I was freaking out! Also I finally got over the fear of feeding baby in public.
