Here is a what I eat in a day while breastfeeding my 17 month old daughter and 3 week old baby boy! I try to eat fairly healthy foods that are going to keep me full and energized throughout the day. I don’t follow any diets or specific meal plans or feel the need to deprive myself of any certain foods. Thanks for watching.
