Thanks for joining me. I’m a mom of 4 who I homeschool. I decided to vlog my meal diary so I can visually see what I eat a day. Now that my youngest baby is 9 months I decided to give Intermittent Fasting another shot. So far so good. I wanted my journey to be tracked as I figure things out not when I already loss the weight.
