What I eat in a day to loose weight (whilst breastfeeding)

I have searched the Internet for hours trying to find the perfect diet that can balance me loosing weight and my baby gaining weight!
I haven’t found anything so I decided to come up with my own. In this video I will show you what I eat in a day to loose the baby fat! I lost 8 pounds in almost 2 weeks.

*Breakfast: Shredded oats, Greek yogurt & honey.
*Lunch: Soup
*Salad: Avocado, Corn, Chives, Black olives, Chicken, Salad, Chia seeds, Goji berry & Pumpkin seeds, Olive oil and Balsamic vinegar for dressing.
*Dinner: Vegetable stew.

Tips:

-Eat every two hours: breakfast, fruit, lunch, salad, yogurt, dinner
-Do intermittent fasting: eat between 9am and 6pm
-Drink 2l of water: add green tea, lemon, cucumber and mint to be fancy and actually drink it 😉
