My motivations behind starting keto 2 months ago was self love. I have been eating so much junk food and not taking care of my body especially after giving birth to my children. Now I#m on a mission to shed the excess weight and feel light, energised and healthy.
I normally get lazy if I don’t have any vegetables cut up because I am a busy mom of 2 very young kids. Typically I would grab the closest snack and for the most part it won’t be the healthy option. But now that I have pre-cut vegetables I really don’t have an excuse.
Follow along while I make a very easy lunch for my family and then I just adjust it to fit my keto diet, because who has the time to cook more than one meal at a time?
