Stores to purchase items! Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Amazon Fresh
Breakfast: 1/3 cup gluten free oats, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1 small handful of raw pecans. Coffee with almond creamer.
Lunch Day #1: Egg whites and SIETE brand Almond Flour Tortillas (purchased at Whole Foods or amazon fresh)
Lunch Day #2: 5 oz lean ground turkey, zoodles, 1/3 cup Trader Joe’s microwave brown rice
Snack: Lundberg Brown rice cake (lightly salted), 2 inch banana, 1 tbsp Trader Joe’s salted almond butter, cinnamon
Dinner: lean ground turkey and zoodles cooked with pepper and sea salt, sweet potato with Mykonos Vegan Butter found at Trader Joe’s, arugula salad with 41 olive cranberry pear balsamic, 1/3 avocado!
