I try to eat a balanced diet most days but you know ya girl loves her junk foooood.
Here is an example of a more nutritious day of eating for me. Super easy and super delicious.
FYI: I take the Rainbow Light Prenatal vitamin and a B12 supplement as well. I also drink tea with Silk Soy milk which is fortified with vitamins.
My micros were almost all over 100% without these added supplements, though!
