As a nursing mom who is only 5 months postpartum my weight and eating has been a struggle. I have a family of 7 so as most moms I tend to put my family before myself. I have to start putting myself in first place. Being overweight isn’t fun. I know for myself it’s not. I’m no longer Pregant and I’m gaining weight as if I was. I had to eat better to feel better. So for the last week I’ve been doing more vegan meals. Plant based meals without soy and no added sugars. Smoothies as well. If I feel like I need a snack I eat nuts. It’s a lot of hard work but I know if I step small steps they will become routine. Thanks for stopping pass to she what I’m up to. #postpartum #veganmeals #weightloss
