When you haven’t seen your BFF in 6 months & now she isn’t alone. A new life accompanies her. ( A baby boy Alistar) My best friend had her 2nd baby in her mid-30’s and she is coming over. This is me prepping snacks for an always hungry breastfeeding Mommy and me. A 37-year-old trying to conceive less hungry, yet extremely focused on the goal of conception woman. Oh, and did you know there are certain foods that prepare your body for the boy sperm? Well, there are. Or rather ” the survival of the fittest sperm” in our system.
Banana
squash
Beans
Spinach
Celery
Potassium-rich foods and iron.
THE FIRST THING MY HUSBAND SAID WAS,
“THAT MEANS BRING ON THE COLACE FOR YOU!”

Actually yes! For the first time in my life loving someone so much, you can take a shit and talk through the door and they will still have amazing sex with you.

What I learned most while Cal and I weren’t together and I did date which I highly regret.. Only because I hurt both parties. However, Cal now in a weird way is grateful. Because everything other people did make me want to throw up. I found myself asking this guy i hung with..to shit somewhere else. But not in my house..that’s gross. I can’t believe I said it either.

Boy did I figure out quickly there really is only one made for us and vis versa.

My best friend who is coming over has been a friend for 10 years and even lives with my Husband and I. In fact, my Husband trusted her with his car and not me. That’s how close we all are and how much I trust her.
Actually, if you can’t trust your friends around your Husband. Like, be ok with them texting and talking. They aren’t your friends. I am super #blessed.

Are all my closest friends and every single one of them have spoken to Cal numerous occasions..sometimes daily regarding random things or my health when I was in active addiction. And to this day they have all remained close to him. If they call him or text him and not me. Doesn’t even bother me. In fact, it makes me smile. Even my newest friend Shelly has messaged him regarding my health and because I trust her and I only surround myself with the ride or die women.. Loyalty IS MY ONLY FRIEND REQUIREMENT. The rest falls into place.
I am grateful for my Ladies.
The only part that sucks is every single one lives in a different state.
One an hour away.
One in Seattle
One in Colorado
One in Cali
One in D.C.
One in Germany
Sucks. Because i would love to have all of them on my show. They are all so strong and amazing.
Sometimes I wonder how I made it into a group of lawyers, 2business owners, ( Courtney and shell) fashion designer ( Jessamyn), real estate mogul, ( Jamie Hogan) accountant ( Tanya Adams, a highest ranking civilian in the Pentagon ( shout out to Stephanie Colon)
